A Catalog template is a promotional message with a View catalog button. It opens the product catalog you have in Meta (Commerce Manager) right inside WhatsApp: photos, prices and descriptions, and the customer can add products to a cart and send it to you.
What it needs
- A product catalog created in Meta's Commerce Manager.
- That catalog connected to your WhatsApp Business account.
- A Marketing template of type Catalog, approved by Meta.
Not available in Parlario yet
Parlario can't create or send Catalog templates today, and a cart sent from a catalog doesn't arrive in the Inbox yet either. We plan to add it. In the meantime: use a Marketing: Default template with an image of the products and a Website button to your store. Or, inside the 24-hour window, the Route template "Sell with a payment link": it shows your products in a list and sends the payment link for the one the customer picks.
