A Marketing Flows template is a promotion with a button that opens a form inside WhatsApp — the same kind of form as Utility: Flows, but used for promotional purposes.
When it's used in Marketing
- Signing up for an event, a webinar or a launch.
- Entering a giveaway or claiming a promotion.
- A short survey or a quiz to recommend a product.
Not available in Parlario yet
Parlario can't create or send Flows templates today. We plan to add it. In the meantime: send a Marketing: Default template with a quick reply such as I want to sign up. When the customer taps it, the 24-hour window opens and a Route can ask for their details step by step (name, email, preferences) — or your AI Agent can take it from there.
